Problem

The company needed a streamlined platform to help manage staff schedules, track allocations, process leave requests, and handle shift swaps. The system had to support multiple roles, including doctors, surgeons, and administrative staff, and provide real-time updates about leave, shifts, and availability.

To create a comprehensive rostering and leave management platform that streamlines the scheduling process and enhances staff coordination. The challenge focused on designing an interface that allows easy management of shift allocations, swaps, and leave requests, implementing a system that manages and tracks approvals, cancellations, and status changes in real time, and handling multiple roles and dynamic scheduling needs across various departments.

Solution

We designed and developed a robust rostering platform that integrates various functions like allocation tracking, leave management, shift swapping, and real-time notifications, enabling efficient workforce management.

We worked to ensure that the platform’s user interface was intuitive, while the back-end could scale to accommodate complex scheduling rules and large datasets. We developed a highly functional rostering system that supports real-time shift management, leave tracking, and shift swaps. The platform allows easy access for users to request, approve, and track leave requests and swap shifts. Additionally, it includes tools for sorting, filtering, and managing all workforce activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Allocations

A user-friendly form for entering tournament data and game statistics. Users can easily input details such as team name, tournament, batting outcomes, and field location.

Shift Swaps

Staff can request time off, and managers can approve or reject leave requests. The system supports multiple leave types, including holidays, compassionate leave, and educational leave, and includes status updates for each request.

A feature to compare performance across different tournaments, enabling players to track their improvement over time. This includes a detailed review of hits, outcomes, and field locations for specific tournaments
